Asylum entertainment has the worst graphics and terrible graphics haha a funny movie by them ws Omega Shark vs. Giant Octopus of something or squid, C. Thomas Howell went from The Outsiders to this garbage, though some fo thei explosions are good along with the main menu soundtrack!

And in the background, and independent War of the Worlds movie(made to follow the story more faithfully) was also released. But it was overshadowed by Spielbergs production

Oh Asylum you're the new Ed Wood, so many b-movies. Yet they can't quite becomes classics like Plan-9 from Outerspace or Troll 2 because they're ripp-offs. Just base a film on your own ideas for once rather than copying other more famous modern works.

*snickers* The animations look awful in my opinion. The way that person was transformed into a skeleton was just funny, not scary :) However, looking at the actors and the way they play their character I think it may be a good movie after all. But I wouldn't know since I have never watched the movie. Best version of War of the Worlds is the book itself and the epic version of Jeff Wayne =D

Theirs no action in most of this movie. Its mostly about that one guy. He's a good actor though. Theirs a sequal to this, made by the asylum, that one is about as good. H.G. Wells would be dissapointed though. Theirs no real good movie version of any of his books. He, Jules Verne, And Herman Melville are Geneuses. Wells is the only one without a good movie version of one of his books. Its too bad really. Someday maybe.......
