@BoilingName how many KM are on the exhaust ? brand new exhaust always smokes when just installed. It smokes because of all the impurities and dust and oil in the pipe from welding and being put together at the factory. Now if your car has had the exhaust on it for a while i would say its your motor... Its an eagle? if its a DSM with the 4 cyl turbo and its smoking blue it could be rings.. if its smoking white it could be your head gasket or head. Just trying to help!

I thought smoke was from running an oil that's a bit rich for the motor. I had that problem in a commodore and I did an oil change with different oil and it was fine. I've never had it from revving a cold car. Then again i never rev a cold car...nice note btw.

Secondly that smoke is blu-ish telling me I smell oil i would bet the stem seals are a bit worn leaking oil into combustion chamber from the head....Thats just my opinion I am not a supper mechanic claiming to know everything its just what my brain is telling me LOL
