All Adjusters will say H-S (Hard Soft).

Dont Turn the Air Bleeders on top, You can strip them and your Fucked. I Like the Push Button Ones.

And Dont forget the Bottom of the Shock/Fork Adjusters.

its simple all you need is a screw driver. on the forks on top there should be something in the middle that should fit a flat head screw driver. and adjust it there. and for the rear damper its the same thing its that bottle looking thing in the middle of the bike on the out side
