Congrats on your progress, that's really amazing! I just happened on your video and am interested in your exercise regimen if you'd care to share. I am scheduled for surgery in about 6 weeks and trying to research as much as possible! Have a great holiday!

Hey thanks for the comment. I really dont have an exercise regimen. To be honest I think I lost it all with little to no exercise. I am pretty active person and always moving. I do like to go hiking but dont get to go so often. I bought a tread mill and barely us it but plan on getting on some kind of schedule. Are you going to start making videos?

That is an AMAZING amount of weight to lose 100 pounds in 99 days that has to be a record! It feels good! I am 6 months out down 82 pounds and like you have not had any problems! Your looking wonderful! Have a great Turkey Day!

Garry, Amazing! So very proud of you, and your wife and family must be super thrilled for you, and so excited for you, But I think you are or should be super excited and proud of your self.... BTW Yellow shirt already has to go...TO BIG! WAY TO GO! I bought adobe elements kind of expensive at $100 dollars. It took me a while to figure out as I am not familiar with video software. I used an effect called crop. You put both videos in the same time slot then crop both videos to fit in the same window. I might post a video on how I did it.
