Great sneaky spinner by Toutanki at the end of round 1! Great counter spinner by Pony at the end of round 2! Toutanki mixed up his sequence of attacks before spinners, and got the win.  Great match between two awesome players!

There weren't ANY specific improvements for Hawk in ST, except he got a SUPER - Throw tech is available for all. His standing (far) strong doesn't hit crouching opponents any more, neither does his standing (close) and (far) roundhouse. His Rising Hawk got nerfed and his crouching Roundhouse got slowed down. O.Hawk >>>>>>>>> N.Hawk all freaking day.

O Ryu has faster startup and recovery on his fireballs and better hitboxes on a few of his moves.

O Hawk has better normal attacks (standing strong, standing roundhouse, crouching jab), better jumping attacks (jumping fierce splash, jumping jab), and a more invincible dragon punch. He can't tech normal throws, but that's not a problem because nobody tries to normal throw O Hawk. Not having super kinda sucks, but oh well, it's not really a big deal.
