you play it so good because your timing is right!! lots of people do it too fast but thats because they have the music sheet with alot of octaves so they have to do it fast to make it sound right!

It just means that the notes are easier to write in treble clef instead of bass clef (too many ledger lines). Basically, you just use your left hand to play the notes it says in treble clef
