Doesn't mean you live in Singapore you will be seeing Singapura every where. Not true. Most likely you will see is Short Haired domestic cats. It's hard/rare to find Singapura in Singapore.

I think i have one - i got told he was a Burmese x abysnnian from a pet store. But on investigation he has everyone of the traits. I saw a picture randomly and it was IDENTICAL in looks. Seeing he didn't come from a reputable breeder he could easily be miss marked because they look like the mix.

The cat is tiny just like Singapore.....Singapore is the english name for Singapura(which is a malay name given by an java prince, Sang Nila Utama...centuries ago)
