Something about the string arrangement or sound that's makes the hairs on my neck stand on end, it really tugs at my heart strings, and stirs me, to the point I almost shed a tear! Sounds as good and emotive, as it did back at the tail end of the whole Britpop shenanigan back in '97/'98...A long time ago now! Wow I feel so old!
