Uh. no. The NBC10 theme was never planned as the O&O pack. the tower was always the plan. The update is the WNBC 2003 theme.
All of the Gari stuff is for NBC Stations that arent O&Os.

That is incorrect. The NBC O&O Theme was always planned on being Tower. The NBC 10 News theme was never planned on being the main O&O Pack.
The current O&O Pack is Tower or WNBC 2003
And the NBC Non-O&O Packs are the Gari NBC Collection. That is why I was talking about Gari.
