It just takes an extreme amount of practice to hit these once, unless you're some kind of technical genius, it will take forever. Just keep practicing, and don't get disheartened/ give up.

@MK300ZX okay, just use the same direction input you use for shoryuken except instead of punch use kick. then in mid air, you can either kick, punch or grapple. And btw, looking at the command list won't kill you

press light punch twice

press back

press light kick

press heavy punch

press all of the buttons in a row

just pretend that its a really long target combo and youll get it

to do the super just do the same thing but press forward instead of back for the super

@CutTheMalarkey it is difficult but you have to wait until your character get the guard again after a hit , and inmediately push the button to hit your oponent but it has to be perfect if you push the buttons like a mad you`ll never get that combos done so just practice that good luck!

i know how to do the EX cancel, but its a bloody pain to chain things after for me, is there a way to easily do it other than, O+X then dash?

and for some of the other characters its very difficult to get the timings right for the combos

@Carnax6969 change you controlls. eg. I took off H punch and swapped it with focus attack. now its one button focus cancel. you can do the All 3 punch button to do H punch but it'll do EX with other special moves eg. shoryuken. Easiest way with a price, but it wins battles! :D

@zachdeazle its a prefrence thing the buttons on the pad are suposed to be faster but i think having to use your whole hand to move the joystick makes its a pain in the ass. Some people like the pad some people like the controller but the controller came with my xbox and i dont feel like shelling out 100$+ on something i might not ever get used too.

@w0lfie292 its easy and very difficult at the same time all u need to do is u have to press up,up and kkk its more of a counter because u can get hit and as akuma recovers from the hit all u have to do is press up,up,kkk abnormally fast then it should work ur best bet to hit shorter characters is to use a focus attack combo with his second ultra but taller characters just stand right next to them from a very tiny distance and this is not really a combo ultra so hope this helps....

@zachdeazle I'm guessing you mapped PPP to a button. In Akuma's case, to do an EX uppercut you have to manually hit two punch buttons instead.

I managed to combo a few hits then a Psycho Crusher into a Knee Press Nightmare. This was excitingly fun for me casue I don't use charge characters, yet I find it easy to charge in the air when going for a combo. I know some people (and seen vids like you all prolly have) who do just that; turn charge characters totally offensive.

My advice? get a damn joypad and play the greastest arcade game the way it was supposed to be played

Seth just requires coordination of all those damn moves, like the CPU does it on hardest. Akuma, well if ur complaining then you shouldn't use him, period.

Bison and other charge characters, they aren't hard, just requires timing.

Okay seth is not hard to use he's just a spin-off of Dhalisim, Ryu, Guile and Chunli together and fuse their attacks in with them and I am not one to judge but their pretty fukin even because am good with pretty much anybody the only problem is the trials because ryu is simple and powerful and kens is aggressive and very chain reactant and seth has a combination of the 2 so they are pretty much even so quit the FUKIN ARGUING AND JUST DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT YOU CANT TELL

dude seth is not easy to play in a competitive level. if you make a mistake you pretty much lose close to half of your health with him. seth has the lowest health in the game. you have no idea what your talking about. Ryu is one of the easiest characters to pick up. hes pretty much basic and a good building block if your new to the game. he has so many options in getting his opponent into his ultra.
