  • in grade six, when i first started cheerleading, we were stretching and our coach was teaching us a tip on how to work our splits. i put one foot on a chair and the other on the other chair. i HYPER EXTENDED. and, i'm fairly big. so i was like, "DAMN. I HAVE THE SPLITS." and yeah, now i'm on an allstar cheerleading team and i'm the only one who can do the splits. (:

  • @cheerleading4lifex3 wow! I oly have my rightsplits lol! i'm i a cheer team tooo! we arelevel oe, i'm a level 4 tumbler, i just got my rounddoff backhandspring and toe touch bhs! I'm going to a comp in palm springs soon! :)

  • @shilanlovesdance101 im not a strong tumbler, but im a strong dancer, base, front, and jumper. c: basically everything else besides tumbling. im in a level three team. i have competition in seven days (:

  • I tried that and I think I kinda mastered it:)

  • Pretty well!! And can you do the middle splits on the chairs?

  • @Evuax no, as logas u don't hurt your foot while doing your split on it :)
