  • Thank you very much! I was so motived by the music of Bach, this string work is very famous and so popular. ThIs music brings me back to the university time several years ago, the good friends and teachers, everything in college. I prefer the no.30 most, even when I listen to it, my eyes is wet.

  • ups, it was ok

  • Javjean, sorry

  • is the same thing, Javjean

  • Ops, in the aria we can´t hear many strings, but the variation 1 is a full strings orchestra.

  • @codonauta The original arrangement, by Dmitry Sitkovetsky, is for a string trio, but this performance is for a string orchestra, with a continuo played by a harpsichord.

  • I am curious to know how many strings is playing in this arrangment.

    It is excelent.

  • Is a string orchestra the same as just saying "strings"

  • I am one of the few my age that can appreciate a wide range of music, from classical such as this to modern. Thanks for the uplaoad.

  • Clean, particular, restrained, strange. Japanese.

  • You can never ruin Bach, so this is great; but I still prefer piano versions.

  • I listen to this whenever I do home work. Thanks for uploading this.

  • Thank you for having the entire work in one video as there's less interruption when listening. There are several CDs out now of various string ensembles performing these Goldberg Variations and all of them are excellent. It is a soul experience to sit through the complete performance. Long live Bach!
