URGENT! ok so i want to make an animation in gimp. I already have this one phrame set up(done in ms paint). I have t he hand (the only thing moving) in red and the rest in black. How do i make the red a separate layer from the black? is there a way to do this with it all black? PLEASE HELP ASAP!
