I personally know Rafa myself since he was a kid, even when he´s 3 years older than me I still remember him playing at the street in our hometown, he was amazing not only in Baseball, but Basketball and athletism... Rafa It´s more than a Baseball closer pitcher, he´s a god son, great friend and we all are really proud of him and what him has achived so Far... Weiter so Rafaelito wir sind stolz auf dich

agreed...i think he will stay the closer. dont bash Jobo though, he is an intense competitor. they knew he was injured and threw him out there anyways.

He was lights out in the first three. Too bad him and his team couldn't keep that up. I do like him better for the Indians as a closer but he's been shakey in that role in the past.

Yeah, why? The Indians have been somewhat hesitant to give the closer role to Betancourt because of his history in that role and the stability of Joe. He's a great setup man with great stuff and better than average control but for some reason he's never done that well finishing games. Even at the start of taking over the role this year he wasn't that fantastic. he's settled down over the last 2-3 weeks, but I believe his ERA is near 7. Do you watch the Indians?

k I think Betancourt may be a better 8th inning setup man than closer, lol. Today may have lost him his closers job, I think he will go back to the 8th inning and Kobyashi will be interim closer until Jobo is back

i've been to the jake once in the ALDS and once in the ALCS when Betancourt came in to this song. It's awesome!
