I just bought a 66 396 30 over....it pins me in the seat and smokes first and second....I didn't want to see if it did third because I didn't want to hurt her because it's a frame-off car.

That was a trans-am u raced...right?

ok, I have a 15 sec clip from a cheap camera. REALLY bad recording for he didn't know he was recording....just taking a pic...lol. The only vid I have though. Just look at my site.

at the track probably about 1 mpg or less, on the road I would guess about 8 to 10 mpg if I don't get on it, yea right, like that ever happens. It puts you back in the seat, the first time my wife went for a ride she said she thought she was sitting back in the seat untill I nailed it :) The first run always gives me a little case of tunnel vision.

Just two questions. 1 how much miles to the gallon does this baby get? 2 is it pretty intense when you take off at full speed? does it force you back into your seat?

Thanks for you comment, I had the camera attached to the side of my helmet, it was so heavy and distracting I only tried it once. I didn't set the tach so the shift light was on the entire run.
