@KILLCOMBO In this vid i have connected my 5500 with pc wia Optical Cable and in player which I use in setting I change DTS decoder to send sound wia spdif out in sound card and also must turn on that in sound card setting and after that when i play movies with DTS on control panel in z-5500 i get that dts Digital but with movies only when i try play special DVD with dts music on control panel is dts digital but sound dont come out from speaker idk why that happen if u have more question ask ;]
@KILLCOMBO why not? u only need to set up properly ur player and ofc u must have optical or coaxial out in sound card or motherboard and change in setting that sound must send wia spdif etc in player aswell too. I dont use coaxial so i cant help with it even if i want to and its dont matter xp vista win7 etc
@chem1cal01 btw its not yet setup good waiting for longer cable to make rear speaker on wall front will be also on wall monitor as well will be too on wall and i will be seat like 10fet away from front and rear speaker so it will be ok with 42inch TV
@fabiankk68731 surround its very good ;] better if system is connected with optical or coax then u get better effect if dts work in system no just in computer ;] for me sound with optical cable its couple times better than normal analog ;] Z-5500 its good for movies and games with music is good for me too but for some ppl it have poor mid and high but i think its great ;] for computer speaker :P
DOW YOU GET IT DTS IVE GOT AN HD DIRECT TV AN NO DTS ON COAXE SO HOW ON PC IF YOU WOULD TELL?

im sure your spose to have the speakers "surrounding" you instead of being clumped in front of monitor. you might aswell just bought a 2.1
