  • Jokes on you! when i watched this movie i saw that scene. lol

  • How cute.

  • why thet did delete this scene?

  • They didn't cut it. This scene was purely made for the trailer. They often use alt scenes in trailer to give away as little as possable

  • Why did they cut this? Its not even very long...

  • You complete me!

  • WTF! why isn't it in the movie?

  • Hot, iron man, HOT.

  • Comment removed

  • saw this in the theaters . i really wanted to see it when we bought it :P sucks.

  • Why would you...? I need that!

I just thought you would go and get it

Oh, you did? Thats dangerous! I need that to see when I fly!

  • @CarliquinPR college humor ha? :P

  • the trailer starts with this scene, why they cut this scene? wtf

    its so nice

  • @Runnerrmejor I still saw the scene in the movie.

  • @radiospines You might be confusing it with the scene they replaced it with. It was similar and it kinda had the same locations and stuff but they changed most of the dialogue and some of the actions so you might remember a similar scene but it actually wasn't in the movie.

  • One deleted scene they should have kept. Saw this in the trailer and I was like, I'm sold. It just fit both characters so well. Shame they cut it. They should have left this in and cut half the Black Widow stuff and all of the Nick Fury stuff.

  • Press 8

  • "You complete me" Cute *-*!!

  • why wasn't it in the movie?? -.-

  • @girlmeetsparis96 There was an interview that basically said the kiss might've given too much away... makes no sense to me but thats why it wasnt in the movie.

  • @TheBlacknight81 ahh allright. thanks! yeah that makes no sense at all -.-

  • @girlmeetsparis96 Lol, lets try this, so Tony and Penny hadn't really made any serious moves toward each other to be a couple. So the director thought the *helmet kiss* wouldv'e given too much away prematurely, so they left it out to kind of prolong where they stand. Personally, I think it would've been fine with it in, especially since most of the commercial ads had the kiss in them

  • I saw Iron Man twice at the cinema in the UK and this scene wasn't there. How come other people saw it?

  • at the movies it wasn't deleted but on dvd it was

  • when i saw it this wasn't deleted

  • this is not incluided in the extended version?

  • Ok so press 3 and wait like just under a second then press it again and repeat for Pepper making out with the Iron Man suit forever with Tony looking on in jealousness

  • why didn't tony throw her off the plane, too?

  • press 8 for "you complete me"

  • LOL Play 0:13 abonch of times hes jumping

  • People... you need to understand that IronMan's command functions happen in his head (the metal part) its how he controls the suit... so it would not have been a good idea for him to go looking for his helmet when he had no way of fully controlling the suit. Plus I am sure it was cold as hell up there. Tony's head would have frosted over before he found the helmet

  • @MrJmagana88 that might be the reason why they deleted the scene

  • I saw this part at the end in the uk at the movies but when downloaded the movie its no where to be seen lol

  • Love it! I was so disappointed when it wasn't in the movie. :( they should have kept it!

  • Cool scene. I posted another bonus deleted scene from hulk..

    youtube.com/watch?edit=ev&feature=menh&v=Gks4uVh8lQs

  • she kissed the chin lol

  • what did he said at 0:12?

  • @uuye85 "You complete me!"

  • @uuye85 you complete me.

  • @uuye85 Got get them, boss :)

  • @Ariota Sorry its "go" :P

  • You complete me!! *jumps off*

  • I thought that helmet contained all of his flight stabilizing data -_- how could he go after it now...

  • It should of stayed.

  • They deleted it because Pepper isn't a teleporter

  • Yeah, they should have kept this scene...they hacked it up like the rest of the film.

  • she kinda looks like one of the judge in Britain got talent

  • I saw this clip in the trailer. I went around yelling it afterwards.

  • It's great but too short...15secs...of Joy

  • Tony - Que tal se voce me der um beijinho de boa sorte antes de eu ir?

Pepper - (beija o capacete) Vá pegá-los chefe

Tony - Voce me completa (caindo)

Tinha que ter essa cena no final do filme muita sacanagem ter cortado...

  • should have kept this scene! i thought it was hilarious.

disappointed to have seen it in the trailer but not in the movie.

  • Pena que cortaram essa cena no filme, maneiraça lembro que no comercial passava direto dai cortam, que peninha...

  • that was only in trailer

  • They should of kept this in the movie !!!!!

  • is this on the dvd? like bonus footage?

  • Lol xD

    Jump. Twist.

    "You complete me!"

    Fall.

  • Tony is the best ♥

  • You dont know how it felt to watch the previews and see this but then watch the movie and not see it at all....

  • man they could of left that in.

  • I'm so disappointed it didn't make tge movie x.x

  • I'm really sad that they didn't include this scene. When I first saw this movie I kept waiting for it to happen. . . but it never did.

  • @amazingpurple9 me too...

  • @kryptixus ...me three!

  • @kryptixus and me too....

  • @kryptixus Because this scene is an error. Tony Stark nor any human would never be able to see a thing with all that velocity without the helmet. Not even without a simple visor.

  • @amazingpurple9

    they did at my theater

  • @amazingpurple9 me as well

  • @amazingpurple9

    same.... :(

  • @amazingpurple9 Yeah, it's unfair to use deleted scenes for the trailers.

  • Should have been in the movie- realistic or not

  • the wierdiest thing is that this scene wasnt on the movie, but it was on a trailer lol

  • cracks me up everytime

  • Why. Why have they got rid of that fantastic scene? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT.

  • With the real laws of physics, I think his helmet-less face would've been ripped to shreds trying to catch it with his suit's extreme high speed.

  • @amazingdany Because when you are watching a movie about a hero with an armor with extraordinary powers, you gotta keep it real? lol

  • @rafastv One must obey the laws of the forest to stand a chance against Sheng Long, fool...

  • @amazingdany not if he uses his flight stabilizers once he caught up to his helmet.

  • Awwwwwwwwwww cute cuz it's totally normal to jump out of a moving plane saying to ur love one you complete me

  • There is officially gonna b an iron man three and it will come out in theaters on May 3 2013!!!!!! Yay!!!!

  • he should have pimp slap her

  • if he was a pimp he would`ve pinped slap her

  • This should have been in the movie !!

  • funny how they don't show him catching the helmet. or at least, i don't see him catching it.

  • "I use that helmet so I can see while flying you fucking idiot".

  • I just love hearing Tony go "You complete me" over and over :D so adorable ^^.

  • yeah I dont understand either why they took this out, the redone scene was boring, he just jumps out of a plane, big deal. When the camera fads in to the shot, you hear radio traffic from the plane, thinking he's being dropped into a war zone with the explosions in the air--that would of been a better opening.

  • @Ben1977820 Believe it or not, the bonus features reveal that this scene *actually* began with Tony hung over and barfing into a toilet.

  • You complete me! XD

  • Ha funny I saw this in Theatres lol

  • why does she kiss with the armor's chin?

  • seems like there are quite a few deleted scenes from Iron Man,, guess they were editting for time, :-( I wonder if there will be an Iron Man3 ????

  • It's not a deleted scene it's part of the trailer

  • I love this scene, sadly it wasn't in the movie...

  • As seen in the bonus features, the whole scene began with Tony telling Pepper that he's too hung over to go skydiving, but she tells him it's too late to back down because they're already over the drop zone. The commentary says this scene got deleted because the director didn't like how that conversation would make viewers think Tony had a big important mission, but it turns out to be just a convention.

  • "you complete me!" always gets me that part

  • Comment removed

  • 'you complete me' ahaha. i love him.

  • @hennaluv - I know that was funny. I love the expression on his face when she kisses the helmet. Priceless.

  • @trickhorses honestly? i just stare at his face when she does that. he's like a big kid. haha. <3

  • @hennaluv - I know. You gotta love RDJ. He is awesome. :-)

  • i was wondering if that would be in the movie because how could he find that helmet in the dark free falling without a helmet and the helmet is how he talks to jarvis and basically does everything

  • @tomaxamot75 that's women for ya...throwing out all your important shit XD

  • awww....goodness... Why not put it!!! this was funny..I like it.. :)

  • did anyone else find the scene, where tony drives his car, buys fruit off a street vendor, then talks about nothing with pepper in her office, a complete waste of time, and should have been cut?

yet, this scene is gone? wtf.

  • @tomlott ok obviously you dont have the iron man 2 dvd

  • @legoindyshortround ...yes, i do ( the blueray 3-disc edition ). whats your point?

  • @tomlott have you listen to the deleted scenes commentary

  • @tomlott the commentary that explains why the cut this scene out

  • @legoindyshortround ok, but that doesnt address my original question, asking

if im the only one to find the scene i mentioned ( tony driving car, buying fruit, then having a meaningless conversation with pepper ) a waste.

  • "You complete me!" :D

  • Iron Man 2 rocks, but it's a shame they cut this out. I wonder why?

  • I like this scene better then the one where he just leaps out of the plane. They left it in the trailer for it. I thought it had some more interaction between Pepper and Tony.

  • shoot to thrill... my fav song...:-D

  • Ok so some of you saw this scene on both the dvd and the theater, but I just bought the dvd today and I don't remember seeing it at all. Does anyone have a concrete explaination on that?

  • @crabbypants1978 i just watched it too. I remember thinking where's pepper? it wasn't there. I figure it's in the deleted/extended scenes on disk 2 (i assume there are 2) I only have the first because i got it from netflix....so yeah....I didn't really answer your question

  • Why did'nt they use it? it's funny the Fumb Ducks!

  • Tony(Robert)+Pepper(Gweneth)=LOVE

  • thats not a deleted scene?

  • @swehunter2000 yeah I just watched the movie today and was kind of mad they didn't put it in.

  • @crabbypants1978 i saw it in theathers.. and it was there.. also on my DVD :S

  • It was probably deleted because of how unlikely it would be that he would kiss his helmet before they even started a relationship. no one gives a shit about the likelihood of him losing his helmet....

  • @AdgiePadgie they had already kissed in the first movie, hadn't they ?

  • @gomes1258 no, almost though but then Pepper backed out of it.

  • "you complete me!" oohhh sweet qoute tony :)

  • When I saw the trailers, I was hoping for this scene and I still don't understand why they got rid of it ... it's pretty funny

  • @Surfer669 Two likely reasons. The first scene at Stark Expo was introduced as Stark being dropped into a hotzone, jumping out of the plane and into a fight, hence the fireworks looking more like small-scale explosions, and the shot of one hitting him as he descended. The other reason is that, given that illusion, having him go into it with no helmet would be incredibly stupid, even for Tony. And without that, Pepper's presence is entirely unnecessary.

  • @Surfer669 Its because the logic was not right i mean how can you fly that fast with no helmet he couldnt fly with his eyes closed either .

  • @Surfer669 - same here. That clip would have been a great addition to the movie.

  • @Surfer669 yeah, but it makes no sense. He wouldn't be able to fly without it.

  • how the heck is he supposed to find his helmet again??

  • @KingofBionicle metal detector :p?

  • @KingofBionicle Haha good one, the suite must have that ability too or else it sucks hard. Because it can see how many droids are after him but the suite can not find his own helmet back, that would be weird.

  • Probably deleted because of how unlikely it would be that Tony could find his helmet again.

  • hahahaha spiderman reference

    go get'm boss (Pepper)

    go get'm tiger (Mary Jane

  • was this in the beginning of the movie or in the end sometime after they kissed?

  • @avatarpam it was at the beggining before the t. stark arrives to StarkExpo

  • @kryptixus thanks...it just seemed that they sort of admitted that they liked each other already because he said " you complete me". =)

  • @kryptixus awww me too I was like what the fuck? Where is it? lol

  • @avatarpam it actually wasn't even in the movie at all... it should have been ... it will be on the dvd though

  • @avatarpam

it's in the beginning, since you can see the shape of the reactor on his chest is round.

  • @avatarpam it was an alternate beginning before the stark expo after they introduce ivan

  • this was replaced in the beginning

  • yeah i didn't see this in the movie or when the black widow fired the repulser

  • I didn't see this scene in the movie. Including where Stark let Scarlett try out his Iron Man arm to shoot.

  • @andyrew130 Well, you have to understand that the people who make trailers just get raw footage from the movie. They have NO idea what's actually being put together, and what wil be in the finish project. Most are smart enough to sit down with the director and editers to say "Hey, how's this going down? What do you want, and what don't you?" Others, who tend to be the noobs, just take what's pretty and cool in hopes of catching the eye of the viewer.

  • @RevolutionChick Yeah. I guess your right.

  • @andyrew130 go to bloggeritis dot kom to see that scene you say...

  • @kryptixus yeah Favreau chimed in on it. Said they were good for setting a mood but didn't work best in the films actual continuity. Hence being in the trailer. Though opening on the lone iron man jump and closing on this one (after implying the destroyed expo had been fixed) would have been a nice bookend to the film. But I liked the other ending too.

  • @andyrew130

There are many scenes in trailers not used in movies, because those scenes are either deleted, or are in the international versions of the movie.

  • @andyrew130 It's on the DVD extras, you get to see the full scene where he's throwing up over the toilet before Pepper drags him out.
