  • Those that have lived in NYC long enough know that you not only have to worry about criminals, you have to worry about criminals in uniform. This is a True Hero. To do what is right when all are against you. I wish others would have the moral strength to follow in his path. I urge all righteous people to serve on jury duty when summoned, this is where you can do the right thing.

  • @flackjakk these chicken shits sadistic and brutal assholes in tn who hide behind a badge don't care who they take from on the streets under the disguise of speeding tickets and other ways of robbing poor people of what little they have. one tn cop was over heard in a o, Charley s bragging about buying his son a Xbox and 5 games plus new cloths a new TV and 500.00 $ spending money for Xmas. waitress said ' dam who did you rob? cop said ; fools like you.she was stunned, he laughed.my opinion

  • Where do you think the legal system makes their money. Not stopping hardcore criminals, its the petty offenses against many law abiding citizens that write them the bigger pay checks.

  • All cops need to be like him

  • im glad there are still some decent cops around

  • A true Peace Officer.

  • See a pig. Finger a pig.

  • YOU KNOW WHAT NUMBERS I CARE ABOUT AS A TAXPAYER THAT FUNDS POLICE DEPARTMENTS? LOW CRIME RATES, LOW MURDER, ASSAULT, RAPE OCCURANCES. THAT'S WHERE THEIR FOCUS SHOULD BE, COMING FROM THE MAN THAT PAYS THEIR SALARIES!

  • I was a quota arrest. Been 3 years now and still no call from my lawyer. one more to go and its off the DA's desk!

  • Mad props to all good cops!

  • Couldn't even see his partner in the hospital? What kind of system is this....jeez. Everyones a prisoner... :/

  • Fuck, america is screwed. We have become basicly what is a police government, and most of the people are blindsided by sweet lies; 'we protect and we serve', the most bittersweet thing I've ever heard.

  • @cooliosurfer1 As long as we all get our shit to consume and the rich get richer, the system works - for them. Only when the middle class are really fucked and turned into the new poor on a large scale will there be serious revolt. Then the fun begins. Everyone finds out it is a police state and no dissent is tolerated. NONE. You are more than half way there. Saddest part, you either don't realise, or are too stupid to care.

  • @TheTrollTime Naw it goes up alot higher than that.

  • Having worked in law enforcement and intelligence gathering, I have literally heard supervisors talk about quotas and the needed numbers requested. This is not new and any cop that denies it is lying. The street cop will never admit to it bcuz they dont want to be held accountable.

  • 4 people are cops in white shirts

  • Best quote of the day: "Police officers, like others who receive compensation, are provided productivity goals and they are expected to work." <== That is short for, "We pay police officers to meet Expected Quotas."

  • This guy is about the only cop, or excop with a set of balls. Good for him.

  • Is this really any surprize? Not to me.

  • "Productivity goals" are perfectly acceptable in a public sector. You can call it what you want, so long as you don't use the actual term 'quota.'

  • Serpico!

  • looks like a good guy, but he's about to walk down that road of corruption god have mercy on him. Knowing NYPD he'll wind up missing. Supposedly those murders along the NY shoreline are the work of a cop as leaked by FBI

  • DUH, we all know they have quotas. We all know they have seasons. They were so predictable where I grew up we knew what 3 weeks we could raise any kind of hell and the one week out of the month not to go outside.

  • good cops exist,...

right before they are forced out and implicated in whatever fictitious fabrication the wonderful minds at JackBoot Inc. can concoct.

  • I learned along time ago cops get $50 bucks just for evry traffic ticket they hand out...thats $ added on thier paycheck every day

  • We escaped a near carjacking the other night in San Antonio, and everybody is asking why I didn't call the police. This is why. I am more concerned that they'll find some reason to ticket us than look for the bad guys or even file a report about it. I live in Texas.. I posted the whole story on FB: facebook.com/oneeyeddollfans/posts/10150405059733910 (not sure if youtube will post the link, so copy and paste..)

  • @oneeyeddollvideos I would NEVER call the cops for anything, ever. I have literally seen them scream out and yell because a friend of mine called them when he needed them. They were PISSED OFF that they would have to write up paperwork.

  • He is a hero and good man.

  • nothing new to us!

  • Facists!

  • That guys combover is hilarious

  • It is illegal to impose quotas in New York State but the NYPD does it anyway. And now they got the nerve to cry because 15-20 of them are on trail for fixing tickets.

  • Looks like 4 cops disliked this? There are good and bad in all occupations. The rub is that when cops go bad, the consequences are often life changing for the victims.

Of course not 'all' cops are corrupt, however, there are those with ego/self esteem issues, narcissists, sociopaths and their ilk, that feel drawn to that type of occupation. Sad, but true.

  • good job Officer Adil Polanco

  • shit, I was jumped by a cop in a private parking lot waiting for my friend to come out of the store----sitting in my car

  • that makes pizza delivery more honorable, than this scoring point job

  • 20,000 views? This needs 500 million views.

  • @0dchambers

this is because people are too busy watching the kardashians, and other things that don't really matter

  • Those are the evil-evil Russians/Ashkenazi Jews Mafia (OSEH, DEW,CHABADNICS, KABALAH from hell and some more) that manipulating influencing and running pushing for the rules for their convincing for whatever they are up-too!

  • TIME to learn the law. These thugs can and should be prosecuted criminally. They are personally liable for false arrest. It is probably the only way to stop these pirates. Google, and youtube search Randy Kelton - he's in Texas. He's a badger and sues them individually in criminal courtl and wins.

  • This was exposed in shows like the wire 5 years ago and serpico 30 years ago. Ain't shit changed. Shit ain't never going to change as long as the majority of people think it's ok to give some people the right to control others with the exclusive monopoly of force.

  • The compensation that police officers receive should not rely upon "productivity goals" if those goals include a simple number of tickets to hand out and people to throw in jail for a day. That's common sense. The compensation that police receive is coming from the People, not from employers, not from corporations, not from shareholders or investors. It is coming from Us, and therefore they are working for Us, and should not be expected to write x number of tickets per week.

  • Wonder if the USSR got this bad?

  • This is part of a planned campaign of gentrification. Keep the young men in jail to make sure they can never get jobs, wait for the economy of the neighborhood to collapse, eliminate rent controls, and force everyone out. Bloomberg has his bottom line to worry about.

  • I love this guy. Thank God for the sane few. Policemen should all be encouraged to care about people. That's suppose to be the idea isn't it. Sure there are bad guys, but they are the exception, not the rule and people need to keep the new norm of treating everyone like a criminal from continuing.

  • @Textynn Sure but you don't want to be an apologist for those assholes.

  • God bless this man. That's risking his life behind the blue wall of silence.

  • if they want to keep crime statistics down, why don't they stop arresting people? LOL

  • @AircooledJohn Exactly. It's about defending high police budgets, that they make all these arrests. Violent crime continues to plummet in the US, decade after decade.

  • TY Officer Polenko!

  • "Result oriented" ... an excellent way to FUBAR things.

  • It's not just cops, everywhere I've worked they were more worried about quotas than doing a good job. As long as we could make the boss look good, we could be as sloppy in our work as we wanted and nothing would happen

But God help you if you didn't make quota, you were harrassed until you quit or were fired for insubordination if you argued that the quotas were unrealistic.

  • Thats what they do to an honest cop, they suspend him to give the example

  • Here is a copy of an interesting comment posted by someone named, Suarez, who claims to have worked with Mr.Polanco;

  • FTS...Fuck The System!

  • bad cop ...no donought

  • I read a book about China once. This is what happens there.

  • @Sammicsno

This is what happens everywhere, so long as people can't defend themselves.

  • Thumps up and big thanks to Police Officer Adil Polanco for being a honest cop and voice his concerns.

  • Very brave officer, we need more like him.

  • Thank you for posting that. I'm glad we have at least one cop who has morals.

  • The police in NY should not be expected to write tickets or make arrests. They should be able to do whatever they want and not have to work. I bet there's nobody in NY that deserves a ticket or deserves to be arrested. What a disgrace and this poor cop was expected to make one arrest a month and almost one ticket a day. I don't think there are enough people in NY for that. .

  • The last honest cop in New York.

  • This cop is a true HERO and I'm sure it's just the tip of the iceberg !!!

  • @fuhoney what's his name SERPICO? a police, man's job is to look after the ppl but in american apparentely its a very different story more like the land of the free police to do as they pls against the innocent public

T Jefferson all tyrany needs to gain a foothold is for ppl of good conscience to remain silent

my hat off to this guy for his honesty n bravery standing up for what is just n right God bless him

  • Nothing good can come from this.

  • all the police stayed town but three quarters of them were looting the high-end stores and one quarter of them were killing and beating up niggers. It was the National Guard that was, confiscating guns and doing the police work they only beat up old ladies. The guard will do as told when S H TF we will not have to worry it about the police because when Katrina hit New Orleans So the police are nothing but criminals and robbing people police are armed and retarded they will hurt you.

  • @KYKIN44 And what's wrong with beating up niggers..lol

  • I want to add: Quotas are incentives to combat human nature. Yes, they can get out of control but writing 20 tickets a month in the Bronx? Come on. I could do that in one day. 52,000 serious crimes take place a year in the Bronx; imagine now how many traffic violations there are. If the fellow was arresting kids it was only because he was wicked and lazy, and he should be investigated and brought up on charges. He may seem like a “hero” now; but he’s a bad cop. It will come out eventually.

  • @RemnantIM all that assumption from your armchair? You just judged someone that you have no basis or facts to go on. Basically, you've called this cop out as a liar with no evidence.

  • "met for months" ;)

  • 2. In the end, the Bronx was being overtaken by crime just two years ago; if one is a law-abiding citizen they probably have nothing to worry about; if a law-abiding citizen lives in the Bronx, they are probably very happy with the quotas and wish they were higher. My hypothesis is: the real criminals in this story are the employees of the channel that skewed the story. The officer in the piece should issue himself and them a summons; his quota would be meant for months.

  • Do the math: the quotas make perfect sense in that they include “tickets”. The news story is obviously skewed; the summonses do include traffic tickets, parking tickets, jaywalking tickets, disturbing the peace, etc., which means the quotas are rational coupled with actual “crime” in the Bronx. I assume this because the “reporter” said, “often of minorities”; “minorities” in the Bronx make up nearly 80% of the population; therefore, they will be arrested and summoned more often. Cont..

  • Asian brides so sexy *lushfmlk.info*

  • Does that suprise anyone?

    Fuck these nazis

  • Giving quotas to force the police to collect as many details from the public as possible for the database state?

Trying to get Crime statistics down for the controlled media to sell to the public the benefit of the database state, the use of CCTV on so on?

This is what I thought when watching this.

    Good video, thankyou for posting.

    Takecare ;)

  • I have mixed feelings here. I know plenty of cops who could never be accused of this - none in the 41st pct. though, can't speak for them. I can say though, that I see enough idiots on the road putting people in danger that if I was a cop I could hit 20 JUSTIFIED summonses easy. Shame on cops that harass kids for no reason, and shame on them for not getting the punks that deserve it, as there are plenty. Like all things, there is room for reform. But all cops shouldn't be vilianized for them.

  • Dang. Whatever happened to officer friendly? No one is free while others are oppressed.

  • THE COP IS A SELL OUT FOR STILL BEING A COP.. STOOP BLAMING ME.. BLAME THEM

  • thank you officer polanco for standing up.

  • Fuck you ya fucking porkers, we don't fucking need you and I hope you burn in hell ya stupid asshole cops!!!

  • There needs to be a Federal law on the books that outlaws arrest quotas and if a supervisor is pushing officers to make quotas he should be fired on the spot.

  • I have three pin hole cameras in my car that is linked to a recorder in the trunk where the spare tires is. I'm not taking chances with these corrupt assholes. one made up felony charge can ruin your life.

  • i'm into cyber patrol.. if i was a real COP, i would kick that guy's ass!!! sue me!

  • Unlawful Assembly. We better rise up soon or this is it.

  • Thomas Jefferson:

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is it's natural manure."

When it starts it will be messy but better for generations to come.

  • It's time for the revolution... it's long overdue.

    Let's do this...

  • C'mon guys, 91177info posts all of these so we can keep track and other people can learn if they are new to the subject.

It wasn't smart to tell him you already knew but it's not productive to give crap either, because a lot of shit happens and unless there are enough of us who know how things go, nothing can be done, so try to be more helpful ok guys?

  • this is reverse terrorism 100%

  • They do this in N.C. too. This video needs more views.

  • how about cleaning up the streets? Getting gangs off the streets. Getting drugs out of neighborhoods, making hoods safer for kids. It's much easier to follow lies than the truth.

  • This guy will probably have a mysterious heart attack in his sleep or "commit suicide" (aka: Murdercide)

  • They've been doing this for years. I met a Black man who is in his 70's who told me the police in the Boston neighborhood of Roxbury used to pick him up regularly when he was a teen, for no reason at all. Eventually they had to stop because they it started to look a bit too suspicious. They've become more savvy these days, they just plant something on you or simply say you've done something wrong and most people believe the police over the accused.

  • one good cop

  • Surprise, surprise! Cops are pigs!~ Whognu?

  • Yep...there was a police roadblock near me recently...busy morning traffic where people are trying to get into different lanes...and one wheel over the wrong lane WHAM..nailed..the police had like 3-4 cars all lined up waiting to nail the drivers...QUOTAS!

  • told u i was innocent

  • another reason to hate the pigs.

  • The reporter is acting like this is a new discovery or something(cops aren't supposed to do this!)LOL........this BS has been happening around here(Chicago) for too many years, and it continues to happen

  • Is anyone suprise about this?

They have always done this in the black community.

White people are so oblivious to this...but now it coming into your neighbor hood.

All these atrocities committed in the black community WILL definitely come to the WHITE community very SOON.

  • coming here soon it's already here. I've always hear about driving while black and never believed it . Now i can see it. I'm sorry but is it just me or should they not have quotas. i mean there here for us right? Here to serve and protect.

  • @cblackwood1 Like those threats of yours will reduce the crime in the black community. It would be a lot more helpful if you made your children go to school until they graduated from high school so that they would have at least a chance at being productive citizens. "Throwing rocks" at people who already do that is pointless.

  • @cblackwood1 Shut your trap nigger, get off the food stamps and get a job.

  • Yeah Medli67 I been fed up for too long with this corrupted bullcrap......

  • When was he told to arrest "innocent" people? Because all I heard was a lazy worker who didn't like having to meet a production goal.

  • At what time in the video does it prove he was told to arrest "innocent" people? All I heard was a lazy cop who didn't want to work.

  • Anybody ready to revolt yet?

  • poor disallusioned guy most certainly out of a job, now

hope he has a good life

  • the systems all fucked up, is everyone fed up yet?

  • I'm certainly fed up uploading videos telling people about it.

  • ^-^ i know what you mean but man you upload the best stuff im grateful for all your work you have no idea <333 thanksss one of my fav channeles seriously

  • @91177info When it is staring everyone in the face every day...

"History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people."

    Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • @91177info its amazing how many people cant see whats going on.

  • @medli67 hell yes

  • @medli67 Anyone ready to move up here to Canada yet?

  • @medli67 Unfortunately everyone in government in the Democratic and Republican parties are also businessman looking for THEIR not our, but THEIR best interests. In other words to run for office as a Democrat or Republican (which are monopolies in government) you must meet a certain businessman criteria. What can we do, just hope that it does not get totally out of control and start another world war and kind of keep this "democracy" (people choose) we have in this "republic" (no dictatorship).

  • So this moron is admitting that he has arrested innocent people. Then he should be arrested. He is just a fat lazy useless cop

  • That is garbage. The police are a nice idea, but I think they do more harm than good.

  • I don't really know what to say.

It makes me extremely sad our society is crumbling because we refuse to address the root causes of our social problems. Absolutely shameful.

History will not look back on us kindly.

  • good man.

  • Checkout The venus project and zeitgeist addendum and join the movement

  • military men r dumb, stupid animals 2 be used as pawns 4 foreign policy.famous quote by henry kissinger.watch 1st 11 vids on my channel.its coming.

  • The NYPD have a quota to make, one arrest an day or a ticket / summons every hour.

Who wanna do the stats on how many pigs we have throughout NYC. and they have to make an arrest or a ticket

  • Leave it to the NYPD.These guys get praised all over the country and really they are a bunch of punks picking on innocent bystanders.Real courageous.

  • good job Palanco! expose these crooked bastards for what they are!

  • Great vid! Thanks for the upload.

Watch this one, too. It's exactly on topic, and utterly amazing:

    "TheAntiTerrorist on Corporate Revenue Collection"

    /watch?v=JVg4vA8mraA

  • Good police officer are always hit hardest, because of those police office that are willing to do whatever the federal government wants them to do..it is going to get worst...Now everyone has to look over his shoulder, before doing anything. Sat country we have become..

  • It's nothing more than your federal government trying to create more tension between citizens and police officers. They don't want state police to like or help you. They want state police to be their federal police state thugs.

I am more than willing to do my time or pay a fine for something I am guilty of. I can't say what I would do if a cop accused me of something he/she knew was a lie.

  • Down here in Texas my dad just came from a Lion's club meeting last night where a sitting judge told them to be careful on the roads because the local governments can't raise taxes so they will have to get their revenue from somewhere else. The judge said that traffic ticket amounts were now cumulative and the cops would be issuing few to zero warnings any more.

  • Did you see all the graffiti one the walls? Maybe THOSE scumballs should be arrested instead of kids just walking down the street. Hey, It;s NYPD, They are always in the news for something STUPID they do, Fire then all and start over. Im glad to see this Cop come foward and want to be an Honest cop, and not a pawn for the NYPD. Good for him!!

  • I too was once in law enforcement, when I asked the new hires why they wanted to be a police officer and they answered "I want to help people" I told them then they should join the fire department, because its rare that police actually help people...

  • This is true, my ex wife is a police officer, she recently was pulled in her lieutenants office and asked why she isn't handing out more tickets...they dint call it quotas however, they called it productivity...

Tickets and probation are all about revenue.

  • @eastwood13 NZ is the same they have to give out tickets for revenue,All it is doing is making pple poorer, pple going Jail for fines instead of violence etc,,Police are corrupt world wide m8,,its sad realy, good to see still 1decent cop out there;]

  • Disgusting....

Good for this cop for standing up and saying what's going on so that the public can know...

Now, whether they do anything about it is another story...

  • We need all officers to carry recording devices and put this on front pages around the Globe

  • im not surprised.....

  • I've been stopped walking home late at night before and this cop just being a jerk despite my compliance. I told him that I felt I was being harassed and would prefer he continue this discussion with my lawyer on the phone. He did a complete 180 in attitude and even said sir to me.

I didn't even have a lawyer lol, cops are cowards.

  • "he claims" way to hide the truth, this shit has been going on for years! wake up people

  • Be grateful for Officer Polanco's moxy, courage and character! More of this and we might have less, NOT more, juvenile crime. Please come to our town -- We'd LOVE to have you on our side!

  • Hey!! Someone's got to pay all the money back to the Federal Reserve for printing 28 trillion, so far, to give to the Banksters. You've been elected because the taxes are not high enough or coming in fast enough. So hurry up and get a ticket ok?

    .

  • Everybody loves a good cop. Everybody despises bad cops.

    G*d bless Officer Adil Polanco.

  • I vote for Officer Adil Polanco to be the new Police Commissioner.

  • Thanks for your honesty Officer Polanco.

    ***** posting

  • Wacth the series IN GOD WE TRUST. Its much more worse than people really know.

  • disgrace!!! but cmon guys we already new this shit!

  • @bones228 Unfortunately, most people don't know this, especially white folks. Sorry but I'm white and I know most white folks have no clue about this stuff, nor do they care.

  • @amandlatoo nigger sympathizer...

  • @bones228 You knew yet you sit back and let it happen.

  • @gtfo9999 police are revenue collectors, most learnered freeman know this...

    were you been lol ?

  • @bones228 Those of us who are poor experience it. And those who aren't think we deserve it.

  • Why is he showing his face? Isn't he putting his employment at risk? Bless that man for having the internal fortitude to do what's right. Those are the kind of first responders this country needs.

  • told you so

  • wow

  • the cop and ur judge both work for the state thats a conflict of interest

  • stacked stats. all bull. its a corporation and they operate like any other business does. profit

  • now think of the stats they scare u with to use more taxes for more cops. two years ago i had 10k worth of equipment stolen out of my h2 in vegas at my bfs moms place. my window was broken everything gone. i had A BLOODY CLEAN FINGERPRINT ON MY SILVER DOOR HANDLE. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MAN POWER TO COME OUT OR FINGERPRINT unless the ignition was tampered with. that i could go to the station and make a report! my taxes have only gone to get me a very few tickets in my life. true story

  • @maryjaneofthejungle You drive around in an H@, Bwahahaha. Just for that you get no sympathy from me. That's what you get for wanting to be flashy. Drive a beater like the rest of us, or put up with being robbed.

  • @msamour... perhaps u need a lesson in manners or AT LEAST how 2 stay relevant to a topic. ANYWAYZ. i was showing the amount in damage exceeded that of a felony here(not that u caught that). ur comments WRONG(sure ur wrong A LOT). i didnt buy it! it was my 26th birthday present from my eX! a year later he embezzled over 1 million dollars & fled 2 the philippines. honestly i dont like the stares from ppl like u. but i know what markets. i use my window 2 wake ppl up + i dont want a car payment :P

  • lol, don't get mad at somebody that plays the game of life better then you.

  • My cousin was a cop in N.Y. he left his precinct because of all the corruption. He says its tough because you want to do the right thing, but if you snitch on your partner or other cops you're a marked man! They are the muslce for the corporate civil court mafia. Give tickets, keeps lawyers and judges pockets filled with tax payers money.

  • You are a real man... not a P.I.G

    good job

    peace

  • cities are trying to run their Governments like a Corporations and giving out bad tickets to increase Profits for the City so they can pay their over blown budgets!

  • Amen to this man that choose the Right path to Truth and Honor over Corruption! Thank You Sir for telling the Truth

  • Thanks for "breaking rank" on this issue.

This is just the tip of the Iceberg.

  • Cops are the muscle for the "legal" mafia's (your govt's) extortion ring. This is not surprising news. I have known about cops ticketing people for motor vehicle infractions to meet quotas by month's end. Lots of people know this so they drive more cautiously towards the end of every month.

  • More Fraud of the Casino Gulag Police state.
