Come on...her chest is still about 10 inches off the ground in the "down" position of that push-up. What a joke! And what's the point of all these weird exercises? If you want a decent body-weight work-out, then why not just stick do some one-arm push-ups, or another real exercise like that?
I agree with you for the most part. However keep in mind that every persons physique is not the same. I for one have an incredibly hard time doing regular push ups because I am extremely double jointed. I have to keep my arms wider than usual or else my elbows will blow out. Plus they probably thought it would be too sexual to have her chest squish against the floor LoL.

you are not supposed to go all the way down because by going all the way down you hyper-flex your knee which is the weakest and most dangerous position (it may cause injuries to both joint and meniscus)

It's also widely used in fitness: Hindu pushup / dive bomber pushup. You should spend less time playing video games (or at least write misinformed comments) :)

Well, maybe you should try this move then as it sound like you have a weak back. The lower back needs to be work out just like the abs (it's part of your core muscles). if your a woman you wont nessecarily lose your breasts..your chest will get tighter and you wont get masculine shoulders unless you use a combination of pushups and weights. if your a woman youll just get a tighter chest and a little harder defined muscles (which you want) you wont get mass muscle since woman dont produce as much testosterone as men - if your only doing pushups. :)
I like the one at the end where you place your knee at the elbow. The others aren't what I'm looking for. I already have wide shoulders and big arms. Doing any form of push ups will only enlarge them further. I want a famine body.
