Great review...I must admit that after your Orlik Golden Sliced - summer blend review you have become quite the reliable source with reviews...at least in keeping with my tastes.

Very fine and thorough review Sean. I've always found that all the Altadis blends are very plain and ordinary. Nothing even remotely strong or pungent as far as flavor goes. When we recently were vacationing up in Rhode Island I purchased a few ounces of their apple blend from a local tobacconist and I was very disappointed. Too plain and pedestrian for me. Your review is just another reason to stay away from their blends. Thanks for sharing.

Good to hear what people really don't like. I raised the point a while ago - has anyone ever had a tobacco that was so bad that they threw it away. Seemed most people thought never! So it would be good to hear more of what people don't like and why, as well as what they do. Cheers.

Thanks for the review. I've received two pouches of this as well in my past two orders from smokingpipes, and based on the reviews I read on tobaccoreviews, was pretty sure I was gonna pass on even trying them. Your review confirmed this to be a wise choice.

Corncobs ftw :) Interesting tobacco. I've been revisiting aromatics lately.. just ordered a crapload of boswells. Not sure now if i will order this. I may. After Mike (thesilentpuffer) told me he didn't like Escudo i have a hard time trusting other peoples tastes.

Was actually going to buy a tin of this on my next haul, but as you seem to have some of the same tastes as me regarding tobacco.. judged from previous reviews.. i think i'll pass. Life is too short to smoke halfassed tobaccos, yeah?
