Excellent job with the lighting and animation! You did a great job in giving gravity to the mech's movements, which made it all the more believable. ^_^ The texturing was great as well, the scratched paint, slightly corroded hull plating, rust, everything you'd expect to see--fantastic!

The mechs look and move nicely, but something so huge should have more effect on the ground it walks on. I like the camera shakes but it is very short and the stepping on the vehicle looked a little.. off. Some more practice and you should be able to render these scenes more or less flawlessly from the looks of it. Good job. Treat us to a bit of sound next time around?
