  • Just wanted to say thank you so much for this video. I used to make salmon patties with pork rinds with the bq flavor. Now I know I can make these without them! Pork rinds are edible, but not something I enjoy eating regularly.

I am also looking for more recipes for ground beef.

    Thank you again!

  • You are sooo welcome, I never really liked the taste of Pork rinds so I try my hardest to avoid them in recipes, which is kinda hard to do, seems most have that, I am glad you enjoyed this, when you try it, let me know how you liked it.

  • Any hints on how high to have the skillet? Also, I think some lime juice (perhaps half a lime) for some extra flavor and to cut the fishy flavor might be yummy.

  • I believe my electric skillet was on 300, and yes the lime or lemon would be fantastic!!!! Thanks James :o)

  • have you make it with nuwave oven?

  • I dont see why you couldnt, I would watch it real close though, experiment with it!

  • I have never tried this recipe without flour. Looks yum.

  • Sadekat Awesome!!! Dont forget to Drain the Salmon that was one thing I forgot to mention in the video....please let me know what you think of the Salmon Patties when you do them.

  • They were delicious! Even my hubby who doesn't care for salmon too much liked them!

  • Thats fantastic, I am sooo glad you tried them and liked them, now its one more meal you can have on your list and its cheap and easy....Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know how you liked them!!!!

  • I bought some salmon today with the notion of making this sometime this week. I've been wanting to get more fish into my diet, and I think this maybe the perfect way to try!

  • Your Welcome!! Most of my things are fast and on a budget, Thats my life...lol...Make sure you try it, you wont be disappointed :o)

  • Great recipe...and I'm thinking would be great with canned tuna or canned chicken! Thanks for the idea! By the way - what kind of cheese was that?

  • Yes The tuna or chicken would be very good, thanks for the idea..lol...ok the cheese I used was the Ragu Cheese in the jar that is located in your spaghetti sauce Isle at the grocery store....hey by the way did you ever get a tripod? when and if you do let me know how you like it.
