My drivers kept records by writing the amount on the stickers generated for each order. We logged the addresses and entered the amount to be able to more evenly spread deliveries to good and bad addresses. If a driver had a stack of 6+ deliveries I always knew who was going to wait longer and have cold food.
I wanted to retain good drivers and treat them fairly by spreading the good ones around as needed.
