I actually far prefer the format of the Qik Live recorder, which produces a horizontal vid when the phone is held vertically...a vid that matches most players and screen much better!
howdy sing. we learned that it is very hard to edit the clip when you hold the camera this way, up and down - but it makes an excellent fairly wide screen clip if you turn it sideways (before you push record).

I tried that, but then no matter what I do, the video is always the wrong dimension in whatever I play it in.
