"it's like the boatman knows every stone in the river to bring the boat all the way down to the pagsanjan falls". That's what my father said when we visited the falls 5 years ago. Would love to go back there.

I was there a couple years ago, it was amazing, Philippines is a beautiful country and those boatmen were amazing. I tipped them huge even though our tour guide said to only give them equivalent of $2-4 U.S. dollars. They deserved it. They do that barefoot too.

Dont worry about fat asses. Some were quite (including my own) quite big. Just tip the boatmen cuz they work harder with heavy people
