If I watch this another time, I will start crying... I had the happy ending, for me personnally it was a little too happy but it was OK, because I had killed many splicers in very brutal ways...

In my ending they saved sofia lamb and then You die so elanor put you into her using the needle you have to spare everyone and save little sisters without harvesting them.
in BS2 you are daddy and elenor y\used to be a a little sister (ur little daughter) she was then taken by sofia lamb who cured her and made her think she is her mother. Now she is grown o a big sister (now is ur big daughter) and dpending on whta you did to all the lil sisters and people that u talked with is dpending on what ending you shall have.

She refers to you as father, because when she was a Little Sister, you were the only Big Daddy that she could be with, because of the binding mechanism that was applied between you and her.
Also, being the only father figure in her whole life of course she's gonna call you father, because she recognizes only you as her real father.
And what's up with this "little daughter" and "big daughter" crap.

Sofia did not explicitly choose Delta; she simply needed the seed by which she could make Eleanor.

There are three different "cutscene endings" that depend on if you harvested even one little sister and then there are two choices before the final cutscene where depending on whether or not you spared all the characters, Eleanor kills or saves Sofia Lamb. So, total there are TECHNICALLY six endings.

More Than Likely If you saved all the little sisters you would get the Really good ending But IS You Didn't But you showed some compassion during your journey You would get to choose whether you wanted to be Save yourself (good sad ending) or sacrificed (Evil ending)...But if you didn't You would be just Sacrificed (evil ending)

If you choose the other ending, she stabs you and takes your ADAM. Essentially, your character is choosing to do whatever it takes to survive, even if that means living in your daughter's body. This will essentially place Elenor in the same place that she was: unable to live her own life because she has to share everything she does with her father. That's what makes the other ending the "Evil-Bad" ending and this one the "Evil-Good" ending.
if you choose to save yourself, its bad because you are passing on the acts of your cruelty to eleanor. choosing to sacrifice yourself denies her from following in your footsteps, resulting in a good ending.
The two good endings are hard to choose from, both are happy, but I don't want Delta to die either way. Oh well. I think that the Bioshock 1 good ending was better.

Yeah Delta can choose to either be in Eleanors mind and continue living in her, or he can just die and she'll be left alone without him guiding her conscience. He chose to just die that's why she was like "For the first time, I am alone"

@sqwid12 I did the same thing, I contemplated whether killing gil was right, but he wanted peace, I hated not fighting lamb like you did with fontain, but it probably would have been too chessy. the biggest thing I hated though is I spared that weasel stanley poole and he never helped me, grace gave you items later, but stanley didn't do crap
I like this ending the best because it's not the "everything's just perfect, super duper happy" ending, but it's also not the "ya thanks for saving me now INTO MY NEEDLE" ending.
BioShock is a great game where u can choose to either be cruel and mercyless or be mercyfull and spare people. Love it. I'm gooing to buy this (and Fallout 3) :3
I know its sad but i kill them (not that i enjoy it) because sinclair is right in Rapture it's my survival not theirs. though the good ending is hard not to want

I spared everyone that was unarmed and saved every little sister after taking them through every gather.
I got an ending where Elanore kills her mother in a strange way (dancing with her while she drowns wtf?) and then says (with it all bright and sunny in the background) something along the lines of the "world wasn't evil to begin with so there's nothing to fix".
she doesnt kill her mother when you get the really good ending (sunny background) she put a gas mask that looks like an old telephone on her i think... that or im seeing things
When you extract the key wait for a second and a level labled "terminate subject" will appear or something click that and a giant bolt of electricity will kill him. Hope that Helps :D
I'm guessing you didn't listen to many of the audio diaries. she was quite desperate to change the world for the better and knew she couldn't do it. She went mad and started committing evil acts which she thought were justified. Like taking over rapture, killing all who opposed her, lying, scheming and generally being a manipulative bitch.
It's all based on your decisions. Do you raise your daughter (Eleanor) to kill those who oppose her? Or do you teach her forgiveness and mercy?
This is why I love BioShock so much, it has all the moral decisions you could possibly want in a great game, but not too many options that you can't decide what to do.
That, and you can shoot lightning out of your hands.
@bmc70: Something tells me that you'll might be playing Eleanor, all grown up , in her new and improved Big Sister suit if Bioshock 3 was made...just a though :P
same here i got good ending, i think for alex is that he wanted to die and by killing alex is actually doing him a favor thus is showing compassion but for the Stanley guy killing him dun make delta back human again and also dun change elandar back so for Stanley guy is forgiveness lastly for grace for not killing her is Mercy and righteousness and for not killing a weaponless person

@swisscheese999 Your ending depends on what you did through out the game. If you harvest the little sisters then your ending is bad and if you save all of them then you get a good one and if you do both you get some other one
um i have no idea to be honest i got the achievment to deal with everyone so im geussing everyone that you encounter in the game ends up being the only ones that are in the game but yes if you rescue all the ones you encounter you get the really good one also you cant kill the people it gives you an option to kill and if you harvest all the little ones and kill the people that you have a choice to then you get the really evil one pretty sick game tho have fun with it imo save the little ones

I think in Bioshock 1 there was just save the little sisters ang give them a life or kill them and let them do what they did..
in bioshock 2 its much more complex...
Cause you have to make 4 decisions and not only 2..

Yeah Delta can choose to either be in Eleanors mind and continue living in her, or he can just die and she'll be left alone without him guiding her conscience. He chose to just die that's why she was like "For the first time, I am alone"

I got the reaaly good ending but i wa sreally mad because i didnt receive the opertuninty to drill the crap out of Sofia Lamb. I saved all the people ecxept for Gil. He said he wanted peace so I gave him peace!

@sqwid12 I did the same thing, I contemplated whether killing gil was right, but he wanted peace, I hated not fighting lamb like you did with fontain, but it probably would have been too chessy. the biggest thing I hated though is I spared that weasel stanley poole and he never helped me, grace gave you items later, but stanley didn't do crap

I like this ending the best because it's not the "everything's just perfect, super duper happy" ending, but it's also not the "ya thanks for saving me now INTO MY NEEDLE" ending.

good1- save all Lil sis + spare least 1 of 3 people (sofia lives)
good2- save all Lil sis + spared none of 3 people (sofia Dies)
Neutral1- rescused and harvested least 1 lil sis + choose death + spare 3 lives (sofia Lives)
Neutral2- rescused and harvested least 1 lil sis + choose death + spare 2 or less (sofia Dies)
choosing life leads to the bad endings aswell as harvesting them all
bad1- ^ + spared all (sofia lives)
Bad2- ^ + spare 2 or less (dies)

I spared everyone that was unarmed and saved every little sister after taking them through every gather.
I got an ending where Elanore kills her mother in a strange way (dancing with her while she drowns wtf?) and then says (with it all bright and sunny in the background) something along the lines of the "world wasn't evil to begin with so there's nothing to fix".
Very very strange....

When you extract the key wait for a second and a level labled "terminate subject" will appear or something click that and a giant bolt of electricity will kill him. Hope that Helps :D

I'm guessing you didn't listen to many of the audio diaries. she was quite desperate to change the world for the better and knew she couldn't do it. She went mad and started committing evil acts which she thought were justified. Like taking over rapture, killing all who opposed her, lying, scheming and generally being a manipulative bitch.
God I love her character! brilliantly written.

It's all based on your decisions. Do you raise your daughter (Eleanor) to kill those who oppose her? Or do you teach her forgiveness and mercy?
This is why I love BioShock so much, it has all the moral decisions you could possibly want in a great game, but not too many options that you can't decide what to do.
That, and you can shoot lightning out of your hands.

During the game, she watches your actions though your bond with her. She will 'mimic' your choices in a way.

same here i got good ending, i think for alex is that he wanted to die and by killing alex is actually doing him a favor thus is showing compassion but for the Stanley guy killing him dun make delta back human again and also dun change elandar back so for Stanley guy is forgiveness lastly for grace for not killing her is Mercy and righteousness and for not killing a weaponless person

@swisscheese999 Your ending depends on what you did through out the game. If you harvest the little sisters then your ending is bad and if you save all of them then you get a good one and if you do both you get some other one

um i have no idea to be honest i got the achievment to deal with everyone so im geussing everyone that you encounter in the game ends up being the only ones that are in the game but yes if you rescue all the ones you encounter you get the really good one also you cant kill the people it gives you an option to kill and if you harvest all the little ones and kill the people that you have a choice to then you get the really evil one pretty sick game tho have fun with it imo save the little ones
