    My suggestion is when u r really comfortable with doing it on the trampoline then get a matress and do it on there cause if u fall it wont hurt but once u get comfortable with doing it on mattress then just throw it on the floor before u even get scared it only takes one then u will be able to do it hope this helped:)

  • Ur problem is that when ur starting to jump back ur pulling your head way back so ur arms aren't able to go and further back so u can't catch yourself also ur jumping straight back ur not jumping up and over...think of it as a barrel if u jump straight back your goona hit it but if u jump up and over you aren't going to hit but other then that good effort and remember to snap ur arms back fast:)

  • first of all, doing it on a surface likes that reduces chances of doing it successfully. haha.

  • First do a few cart wheels to get your arm strength up. and then maybe do some push-ups. It might help. either that or learn how to do it on a trampoline first. But anyway your about 3000 steps closer than me. The other day i tried doing a back walk over and got my feet half way and and just stoop there then my legs fell and i hit my knee and it was numb for a day and half.

  • Yeah, guys, when you do it, PUH-LEASE make sure you pop up with your shoulders or else you won't get the spring action, which is why he would always shake his hands because they'll hurt.
