It was a live appearance at German TV channel Tele 5 (there is also a hilarious interview with the guy there), featuring the ballet dancer Ellen van Schylenburgh (? I can not remember the right name, sorry) being a very trashy version of the song which was at first a b-side of "Mr Pharmacist" and very rough as the a-side was as well.
On the TV show there were appearances of Laibach and the Residents as well, but The Fall was unique because they wanted to show up with the whole ballet
