Of course in gameplay it wouldn't work so well but it would be awesome if they made them just like Doctor Who's Weeping Angels where when you face them they don't move at all and become real invulnerable statues, perhaps some kind of crazy gene tonic they'd have, you could only kill them by setting a mine and having them run after you or something like that. Either way they always creeped the hell outta me!

omg, that happen to me; at the beggining when you see the first statue come to life, it was botherin me cause it was like stalker feelin so i shot it and it came to life and I was like HOLY CRAP! And when I found the plasmid, when i first got down there i was like they are all gonna be down there i know it. So as soon as i got the plasma i was like ZAP and ran....and they all died :D

The game looses its thrill when you get some of the more broken combinations of tonics and plasmids. Wrench lurker, sport boost, chameleon, and sonic boom come to mind. Usual combo : Sonic boom a mob down, sprint at them with the wrench, and beat them all to death.

On one of my play throughs I concentrated on using the wrench a lot more than the guns. The guns were only useful for taking down big daddies and mobs of enemies. Other than that, the wrench was a solid and stoic companion.

@TracyJaymee when your playing the game it's alot more freaky. the things actually will apear then dissapear when you look away and appear RIGHT behind you out of no where. plus you can't out run them as they are fast as hell. the only reason they didn't jump him instantly is because he's got chameleon on and is hidden but with out that tonic they will literally come out of no where and tear you a new one >.<

To be honest there were only a few scary parts to this game. creepy is more like it. lke when you pick up the shotgun, or a certain tonic and there is a splicer right behind you. but for people who have played resident evil or fatal frame or silent hill- this game is like watching a cartoon.

Another good part was around the second level: I was picking up a gene tonic, reading it's description and when I turned around a thuggish splicer was chilling out in an attacking pose right behind me. I saw his shadow when I closed the description, so I was freaking out about if I should turn around and face him. D:

I loved seeing all of the really morbid things in there, like the corpse with scissors in her eye sockets or the woman with a saw through her neck and the teeth of the saw stuck in a cabinet. I liked the audio diaries, too (especially "Not What She Wanted"). Lol, leave it to that level to make you afraid of doctors, surgery, dentists, etc. But I did enjoy playing and exploring Fort Frolic, though.
