Hi Corey. As you know I subscribe to all your vids and look forward to them. Especially the original ones. I've got a couple of points here of general crticism in no particular order.

1) The guitar intro with hammer ons and pull offs etc should be used more in the arrangement. It's outstanding and I'm tempted to learn it myself.

2) I think this is your most mature song to date. However I still think it could be arranged better.

3) Lyrically. I have a pet hate. Songs with too many I's, me's you's in the lyrics make me switch off. This is a personal thing that I might have mentioned to you before. Just listen to a DIDO song and you'll see what I mean.

All this is meant to be constructive and I can see you getting better and better. Out of interest have you listened to "Bon Iver" much? Their less is more attitude is true genius.

I really appreciate hearing stuff like this, its great. all your points were quite valid and insightful. it means a lot that you spent the time to tell me your specific thoughts. this is a song that i wrote about 18 months ago and my writing has matured greatly since then so it would be great for you to hear the newer material.. eventually.
