Sounds to me like he's reading a news-report or a script or something. Fact of the matter this didnt reflect any real emotion to what he was saying, like he was just getting it out of the way. Not matter how many times he 'apologises' the damage is already done and unrepairable.

Its a good thing that he apologized on a video being sent. I think thats best, cause he wasnt scared of telling this 2 everyone, n it would show Rihanna that he wasnt scared 2 tell it. He also made some mistakes, n he was able 2 learn from. So Chris Brown, good job n make ur future have the best succes u can think of.
