  • I like topping it with 7up or Sprite.

  • this guy says "uh" and "ah" a lot

  • what is the first bottle he is using? i'm not sure if he is saying what it is?

  • @4ll4nb31l It was gin...could not catch the brand name..but any gin will do

  • I'm so happy to finally be working in a place just like this.. I worked in a douche bag bar for several years and it was busy and good money but the customers were retards now I'm serving sophisticated drinkers and finally getting to make classic cocktails. ITS AWESOME!

  • Boston shaker vs. european shaker if you are a newbie to shaking?

  • @FrodeFlodhest Boston shaker any day of the week :)

  • nowadays barmen are just pathetic with their bottle throwing and shit, gentleman on the video is far more interesting

  • I've enjoyed this drink for years. By far my favorite. I had blackberries on hand this evening. Following the same recipe, it was delicious.

  • incredible. This gentleman is a true professional, combining artistic flair with scientific precision. If only my local bartenders were half as skilled and knowledgeable

  • a man with class.

    legend.

  • Added to " my favorites " =)

  • Great video, however on the raspberry Collins I would replace the lemon garnish with a lime garnish. Lime goes with raspberry better then lemon

  • Ginger Collins!

1 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

    1 oz Simple syrup

    3/4 oz Lemon Juice(Fresh!)

Place in shaker with Ice, shake, strain and pour into Collins Glass filled with ice, top with Ginger Ale, garnish with a lemon, cherry and /or a piece of sushi ginger!

  • i like adding eggwhites to it as well. it is done with the whiskey sour, so i dont see why you shouldn't do it with this one.

But i dont like the rasberry collins. every time i make that one, women will always take my drink...

  • eggwhite in a collins? why would you want a collins to be frothy?

  • why not. the ingredients enables it to taste good as a frothy drink. like i said before, it is done in a whiskey sour, and the only difference is that they use whiskey instead of gin. does that make sense?

  • Mmmm... the Tom Collins has always been a favorite of mine. I'll have to try it with raspberries now.

  • You can also put that in an old-fashioned glass... it holds the same amount and has a good look to it

  • Try the elderflower collins, simple variation with 3/4 ounce of St-Germain Liqueur! Very nice and refreshing!

  • I tried this over the weekend with strawberries. Excellent!

  • how many strawbs did you muddle

  • 2 or 3, depending on the size.

  • Just drank three of these in a row with this recipe with strawbs, except I doubled the gin to 3 oz in each. Took me awhile to type this needless to say

  • I'm drooling over that Raspberry Collins. Definitely going to try that soon.

  • Awesome video - nothing but quality from Mr. McMillain. Just so you know - I serve ONLY this Collins recipe in my bar and guests love it! The only thing I do change is the juice. I use limes and it rocks!

By far the best Collins recipe out there. KUDOS!
