  • This is in my top 5 of northern tunes,, how can you keep your feet still to this,, was dancing to thsi at the twisted knee, wigan the other week. Thanks for sharing

  • Fkin absolutely love this and worshipped it in the late 70's. always requested it and always waited on it being played. this truely is a great love of my life! AN ALL TIME ALL NIGHTER CLASSIC.

  • I only went to the torch about half a dozen times but it was enough to hook me for life and this is one of the Torch tunes that did it, always love N/S, seriously.

  • I've loved this record ever since it came out on the "Soul on the Rocks" LP.. I'm 60 now and I have gone through lots of musical likes and dislikes over the years but I have to say this is my favourite record of all time.I keep a copy on mp3 in my car and whenever I play it it always gets rave reviews from my passengers and they can't believe it's 50 years old.

  • Danced to this song with my girlfriend in a funky club in southampton(The birdsnest) back in the early 70s i was working down there.we got a standing ovation magic memories.

  • Awesome track,remembers dancing at home to this b4 i managed to get my hands on any nighter vinyl,still got the original album i found this track on,who says vinyl doesn't last; amuses me when i see all these so called 'mint' condition 30/50 yr records for sale, lol cos as anyone knows who has them, we didn't keep them to look at! Does anyone else remember how many had very precious vinyl where one side was covered in tape holding it together? Many cos of angry parents lol

  • Who can compete with the Isley's today?... I was 16 in 1966 and the Isley's were just as important and influential as The Beatles/Stones/Hendrix etc.They were worshipped by the teenagers of those days in England.. Does anyone have any live footage of them performing that they could post?
