I am a Father that I have Joint Custody and I do not pay a CENT in Child support.
Because i Support my child equally with her Mother.
If I was not allowed to have 50/50 I was ready to become homeless and not pay 1 cent in any child support.
I was arrested, I was prosecuted, I was called names under false claims from the Ex wife.
All Criminal charges droped: Judge said No crime was ever commited.
but it cost me about $6,000 only at Criminal and charges, because she lied and never charged.

It's not about what someone deserves, it's about equal protection. If a woman has choice once a pregnancy takes place, so should a man. His life should not be decided for him by a woman who may or may not choose to keep the baby. Either give a man some say on whether or not she keeps the baby (wont happen), or give him choice on whether or not to participate in the child's life. Men should have rights, too.

Go to Yahoo and search for "The Myth of the Deadbeat Dad" which was a Reader's Digest Canada article. It was written by a woman that stated the majority of Dad's were not deadbeats. She gave an example a $150K a year Dad that after taxes paid his ex over $7000 a month, leaving him with $300 to survive on. The author gave numerous examples of guys that committed suicide because of court-enforced poverty. It's a sad article, check it out.

Deadbeat dads are disgusting...my son's "father" is the same...they just don't think about what they're doing and what the future has in store for them. My son's "father" is a supposed Christian...what a Christian...BTW, Love your video! :)

Im not going to judge your situation.Your story couuld be true,and so can mine.You cant say all dads are deadbeats.Some really cant pay much.But you cant get something someone doesnt have.One way to avoid this is to watch who tour with,BE SURE he really is a good man with morals,dont have uprotected sex until your sure hes the one.Dont rush in,then plan the child together.I too made bad choices,I have children i havent seen in 7 years despite my open access agreement.I pay for kids i dont know.
