4) God willingly if the UK govt and court agree to build a mosque in that site they will build it there otherwise they will just find another place without an appeal.

If God wanted this mosque to be built, he would have, at the least, caused the initial planning permits to be approved and not denied.

I suggest every non-muslim in the west to meet with a tableeghe and ask what ever questions you wana ask. They are great people, Talibans, Barailvees, Jihadees, and other extremist organizations have a severe differences with Tableeghe and this video claims that Tableeghees are responsible for extremism. Infact, britishers should be proud of these guys (opening a place where peaceful muslims teach the true meaning of Islam).

The allegations in this video are dead wrong. In Pakistan, Tablighee Jamat is consider as enemy of jihad because they ask people to stay away from jihadist organization. Tableeghe jamat is created to help a muslim good muslim and a good human being who is being helpful to mankind.

I would not want to see such a development in the UK. This is not simply a mosque but rather more by way of a statement that Islam wants first and only place in the UK. I would personally say a resounding no to this building.
