  • I only counted 5 maybe 6... Full Reps = arms all the way extended Mr. Cressey! Even Tufo's got better form than that

  • For love's sake people, stop being so anal about ROM in chin's, give me ONE example where full ROM would be nessisary when CLIMBING or getting up into aa tree? :) I say good job, eventhough im not a big fan of multiple reps in the chin up.

  • It's a joke asshole If you have ever worked in a D1 weight room that the mentality. In case you had no clue while Eric was in grad school he was an assistant strength coach at UConn. So I say get a life if your looking at a post that is 7 months old.

  • He deadlifts over 3.5x BW (650 lbs), so ya, he's kind of strong.
