I done the colours and the linearts on two layers. The lineart-layer is above the one which I used to colour. Then I made a new layer and put it under all just above the white background layer. And there I made the actually background on it. You can use more than one layer for drawing a background, it's more simple. Was it that you wanted to know? x33

How do you color with the lasso tool? I have Photoshop Elements 7.0 and struggle so hardcore at it xD Any tips?

I just mark it with the lasso and then I use the color-boiler ;D Try it, it's very easy ;D
