It's so true. Achievements are such a fail. I'm glad there are people who actually enjoy doing them. I'm not one tho. Achivements and mounts... terrible. The time you spend doing them... when the game fails or another comes out, it'll just sum up to *nothing*.

@TheTuberguy1000 Indeed. I got zero congratulations when I got the "World Explorer". About 10 minutes later I played with another character and got my first companion. +10 gratz. :'D And it was the same guild, and time when most of guild members were online.

Most achievements are pointless. Some are awesome.

Honestly any achievement outside of raids, dungeons or pvp tend to be pretty stupid. Ignoring loremaster and reputation achievements, which take forever to do.
