when doing stuff like this, turn off anything on the camera that's auto adjusting, such as exposure, white balance, and color. That way, when you go and do each frame, it's not wildly changing color and brightness.

well that probably is 15 fps, it can be hgher but with 15 you canget excellent results, but it depends more on the talent and skills than on the framerate (but always higher than 15)
