It's weird because I was totally on board with the idea of spiritual collectivism and now after being on "the path" for quite a few years my thinking and feeling on that idea is going away. The more of a connection I feel to the things around me, the more I feel like an individual and notice my separateness. Like we all have our own spiritual thumbprint/identity. I used to believe I was/part of God but now I feel more unique than that. Tough to put into words.

Hmmm, why are we using oil? That's a very easy question to answer. Because oil, drop for drop has more energy in it than any other substance on the planet minus anything highly radioactive. Oil is the most concentrated form of energy we have access to. Solar and wind can't even meet 5% of our overall needs and the technology for solar and wind are still uber expensive with relatively low return on investment not to mention they don't work at night or when the wind isn't blowing. Oil is energy.
Well the numero uno problem with free energy is that everyone would be FREE, you could never control anything at all in any form if we had UFO power, each of us. Think about it. WHere our balls are caught is in sellable and sanctionable low form energies, becuase they can be mediated and distributed. And suppliers can control power by SUPPLY because we are dependent on shell, bp the electric companies etc. Why woyuld the government want us to have that freedom?

The gulf is destroyed and will take 50 or more years for it to get somewhat clean again. Industrial runoff has done it's share to poison the gulf too.

It's weird because I was totally on board with the idea of spiritual collectivism and now after being on "the path" for quite a few years my thinking and feeling on that idea is going away. The more of a connection I feel to the things around me, the more I feel like an individual and notice my separateness. Like we all have our own spiritual thumbprint/identity. I used to believe I was/part of God but now I feel more unique than that. Tough to put into words.

Hmmm, why are we using oil? That's a very easy question to answer. Because oil, drop for drop has more energy in it than any other substance on the planet minus anything highly radioactive. Oil is the most concentrated form of energy we have access to. Solar and wind can't even meet 5% of our overall needs and the technology for solar and wind are still uber expensive with relatively low return on investment not to mention they don't work at night or when the wind isn't blowing. Oil is energy.

Another example of how humans just don't learn: In the 70's, the Ixtoc oil spill in the gulf of new mexico gushed out 140 million gallons of oil, so again, dream on. There's no awakening. We will be using oil until the oil dries up, and then eventually the oil companies will be patting themselves on the back saying that they miraculously have come up with new green energy resources that will cost people more money. Money runs the show, and will be the death of us.

There is no awakening. In 1989, the exxon valdez spilled 11 million gallons of oil into prince william sound, a narrow body of water that doesn't have the dilution factor of the full ocean. To this day, 21 years later, there is still oil around and underneath the rocks that line the shore. As human beings, we don't learn, so dream on. The gulf is destroyed and will take 50 or more years for it to get somewhat clean again. Industrial runoff has done it's share to poison the gulf too.

Heard this quote a few times from some of them, "The sea will be turned to black". That with the whole Israel thing, diseases, etc... One has to wonder if it was manufactured, done on purpose, or ???
