I'm hoping to do a parody like this next year. We're going to do a race between a dirtbike (1982 Husqvarna 250CR (see my channel) against a pickup truck (Generation 2 Dodge Dakota). The truck gets to use Highway 26 while the bike is stuck on dirt and gravel roads. The catch is, the truck has a longer distance to travel, and is restricted to the speed limit. Oh yes, that's right, the bike will be hitting 85mph for a brief period - sans pavement. Should be a fun project.

Uhh ur wrong, the base price of the 300c srt8 which has the 6.1 in it is 46,610 according to chrysler's website. And the base price of a gt500 is around 43k. So thats less.

The new challenger was a nice thing for fanatics but needs to be more refined and tuned. Love the episodes and awesome reviews. Prefer you over TopGear

Why would anybody take a plane or a train when they could just drive? Matt got there first, and he was nice and relaxed. He also has a way to get around, besides walking.

If they turned around and raced back, he would win by an even larger margin. The others have to get back to the airport or train station, then buy a ticket and wait to leave. All Matt has to do is stop at the gas station.

I got my hands on a wrecked srt8 charger for a few hundred bucks and I noted the chassis parts looked so close they could fit onto my 80s benz diesel now I'm guessing it probably would. Nearly same body style. It doesn't matter anyways I'm trying to get an old Charger or Challenger now to put my 6.1 hemi into. Then I'll use my mad CNC skills to fit those brembos. Have to shell out for suspension though.

Top Gear has like a 30-50 person staff working only the cameras and the sounds, and like epic budget per episode. Here it was like 2 guys pointing a non professional camera to their face and 1 guy driving a car with 2 guys filming him.

The episode was ok if you consider the budget and the effort, but nowhere near the Top Gear stuff.
