@ffhk1 i used windows for 7 years and just switched to mac and thank god i did, it much faster and never freezes i once opened 50 internet windows at the same time and still fast, and above all u can run windows system on mac =)

Mac' is almost always faster than the average PC when running Vista. Even as a PC guy I have to admit that. My computer could run it at fast as anything else, but most things just couldn't. Windows 7 runs incredibly fast though. And from what I've read.. it's faster then on a mac'.

@animefreak873 Do you have any idea what you are saying? Mac OSX is based off of the UNIX Kernel. Microsoft windows is a completely separate operating system. The only thing that apple had before microsoft was a GUI, which was already in development at both microsoft, and at IBM. Microsoft is the creator of the modern day computer, and apple is the follower.

If you build your own PC, then it would never crash at all, provided proper care is taken (for example, formatting the HDD every other month and partitioning it into ~500GB sections.)  Furthermore, in your other comment, you referenced apps on iTunes being games. These are not games, no more than a TV dinner is a meal. They are a pale imitation of the real thing.

Ever heard of BOOTCAMP, retard?! You can run Vista or ANY other Windowsversion, and play all your games while running it. They don't cost much more, either... I recently bought myslef an Acer Aspire 6920G Laptop, and it cost me 10,000kr. That's roughly about 1600USD, or 1000GBP. A MacBook Pro here in Norway costs twice that, but in the States, they cost 1500-2000USD. And they don't have that much "crap" on them, and if you don't like COOL apps... Well DELETE them! This is coming from a PC user.
