oh i totally agree and i am the same type of guy check my vids you'll see but when it comes to restoring interior back to factory some of it gets to be pretty time consuming and calls for some specialty tools and knowledge =) when it comes to anything else im all over it thats why im gonna lay the carpet in myself but i need the seats restored and door panels refurbished etc
ah sweet thnx for the response i've got a 1968 plymouth that gonna need some carpeting real soon. hey you guys know of any good interior shops? im about an hour south of ya but i dont mind trailering it
Joe and I are more of the do it yourself types. We don't like other dudes doing the work that we can do. Some of the other hot rod guys we know do use people near Sacramento, but we don't know any of them personaly.

what do you use for adhesive on that carpet?? ive used different stuff but never had good results

We use a schedual 70 to 90 adhesive spray glue.
