Love the routine but I have a question. Are you doing these reps that fast (for cardio, I presume) or is the film speeded up? I think the routine would be great done slowly with heavier bands, and good for cardio if done as fast as you are doing it. What's your intention here?
Hi garonarizona..yes the video is speed up for the sake of time and is primarily just to demonstrate the the range of exercises that can be done with resistance bands ...and your absolutely right...the speed differentiation can make a huge difference in this workout targeting cardio, or strength building or both. The choice is yours. My intention with the youtube video is to just give you examples of how easy you can get an effective workout at home /out spending allot of money going to gyms.
Good way to burn calories but not build muscle. You are more advanced than bands. Pick up the weights and do another vid.
