  • interesting she does this in the original mezzo key

  • Fantastica. Sempre e solo la numero uno. L'UNICA

  • SHE IS TOO MUCH "MANIERE" and A BIG LACK OF BREATHING.

  • lol, she crack with style!!!! she's wonderful

  • haha :D!!

  • pity: 4:13 or 14 (either one), a 'crack'

    her techniques are superb however

  • Amazing !she is just playing with her voice, everything is possible for her, no limits, and it seams so easy. Making difficult easy, isnt it the way how Masters Are?

There is NO limit in her singing she can do whatever she wants, bravo!!!!

  • Just superb. Only two things: I love her risky way of performing, it´s like all or nothing - big respect for her. The only thing that bugs me is her little too much forward driving in the beginning recitativo.

  • God love her, she still sounds great. 2:14 is just fabulous. Love the whole thing.

  • vocally she is superb - no discussion there. Her artistic interpretation, however, is very similar to her Elisabetta in Roberto Devereux, Lucia, Puritani and Ana Bolena. She is not the most talented actress, but I think that she knows that. HEr vocal technique and talents are incomparable.

  • So what? She is not a good actress, she knows it, she took the consequences out of it and sings only concertos, no operas anymore.

  • She's still the best. Great staccato. Luv ya, Edita.

  • Wonderful!!! Absolutely brilliant!!! A bit too much, but I like that, she lives it, she totally made it hers!!!!

  • She's treating the concert hall as an opera theatre and having too much fun, hahaha. I loved her 'conducting'.

  • Wow! I just watched the version of her sing it in '82 where she takes the F at end. Although of course her voice is finally starting to show wear here I'm not even disappointed. Just seeing someone who maintains such a healthy voice over the years is astaounding enough. And besides, this most certainly is not "too much" . It's a concert she can do what she wants. It's fun.

  • ...but a bit too much

  • Deliziosa.

  • colaratura at its best
