I use breakneck speed. its not a cheat. it simpley makes the notechart more readable. with out it it makes them to clumped up together to be able to read them. a cheat isnt making it more readable.

well, the honest truth is that harmonix just crowds the charts a little much. hyperspeed/breakneck speed just makes it a bit more comfortable to play.

It's sorta a cheat, changes the gameplay a bit. It's pretty much the same as hyperspeed, and that's not allowed to use while going for a WR in GH. So in theory it is a cheat, but it's not a bad one that hurts anybody. Cheers.

It's a preference, it only changes the speed of the chart, it doesnt change the timing window in which you hit the notes at all.
