Next to the butlers quarters ;) Seriously, this house doesn't include a washer dryer but an additional closet could be added next to the existing closet for a stacked set if desired.
What kind of toilet will you install? I see you have a flange; is that just for future proofing or will you actually install a flush toilet? If yes, where will it flush to, and where will the water come from?
@PigeonTech This house will get a standard toilet. Water and sewer are provided by the city and the house is hooked up to them just like an RV would be.
The Fencl is built on a 18' trailer, the 'Tiny Living' design is built on a 20' trailer. Plus you lose a little square footage for the porch on the Fencl. So this house is bigger.
@000000Dan000000 For less than $9000 You can order furnitured tiny house from Cube, bulgarian company. Very good quality, sip panels (ultimate unsulation), wiring, plumbing, siding, flooring etc. Shipping will cost extra $1000. Search for "Cube affordable houses" here. Very cheap and practical prefab bungalows and houses which you can put on triler. For about 5k you can order empty tiny house with same size as the one in this video.
Just recently got introduced to 'tiny houses' and found this video quite cool! Never thought about having a house on wheels! Curious...is it a good idea, in your opinion, to keep all the plumbing close together, or could one get away w/having say the kitchen close to the front of the trailer and the bathroom room at the back?
@TheYTVideoFan You could spread the plumbing out if you wished. The only issue that I could see is getting the drain lines around the axle. I would probably just join the two drain lines (front and back) once the trailer was parked.

I'd never take a wood trailer on a road over 35mph...

is the trailer tongue removable?
Jameshh2008 1 month ago
@Jameshh2008 On this particular house it is not. The trailers are all custom made though so I'm sure that could be done.

love it, but where could u park this on a permanent basis that isn't illegal or a lame trailer park?
craniumdesigns 2 months ago
@craniumdesigns There are a few different options out there for places to park a tiny house. Many of the tiny house blogs have posts about this.

The trailer is a 20' equipment trailer (the actual length is longer because of the tongue at the front)
000000Dan000000 3 months ago
