That would have ripped the gear off an MD-11. The MD-11 has a history of gear failures on hard/crab landings. You need to use rudder to align with the runway and wing low into the wind to keep aligned with the runway centerline. 36 knots is the max demonstrated crosswing, so it is full rudder to align the fuselage.

Had the approach have been a little more stable, this could have been a good landing. Whether making an instrument landing or a visual landing, the aircraft should fly a heading that works in those gusty conditions. You will notice that you are constantly making adjustments, which isn't necessary. Listen to the ATIS and know where the wind is coming from, then fly a sensible heading (nose into the wind) to keep you aligned with the runway.

nice but , you shouldn't let the wind push you passed the mid point of runway to your right like you did. I never flew an airline but when I land crosswind (real plane) I kinda like to crab but I like to slide in a way that my right wing ( with a left to right crosswind) aims my target on the runway and then just before I touch the runway I give it a little right rudder with a slight left aileron to get me back aligned with the center of runway.

It's called "crabbing", standard proceedure for a crosswind landing. Search 'Crosswind Landing' in youtube and you'll find many examples of aircraft landing sideways.
