Key of B or key of C?

I think it should be in C but with tuning dropped down 1/2 step on all strings..

alright, from that i can tell you are a beginner at play music,

basically dropping down half step from Key of C is Key of B, you don't have to tune down all the strings to do that, and no musician would take this much effort to play a song

I know that B and C are a half-step apart but you can still play everything the same by moving them one fret up if you are in Eb tuning.

A lot of musicians or bands do do that because it's easier to visualise the fretboard and also easier for the vocal to sing. GNR's appetite is a good example.

i said what i said is for people who doesn't have that many guitar and really, it's better for one's growth in guitar playing anyway to try to play songs in a different key or a different position of chords

It's called Eb tuning you ass wipe...and people stil call it the key of C just for the ease of communicating with other band members...
