actually they're is, in one of the safe rooms on dead air there's some writing on the wall that says 'the army has a cure, but they're only giving it to the rich',its true that some are immune but those who aren't get the cure.

A lot of these writings surely are speculations. Also, I believe that once you turned, there's no turning back.

But yeah, maybe there is a way to make you immune. On the other hand, you can't be immune to tank's FALCON PUNCH!! so these rich will taste it too :D
